If your dog isn’t comfortable with us being in the yard and we can’t clean safely, we’ll try to reach you by knocking at the door, calling, and sending an update through your portal.
If we’re still unable to clean, you will still be charged for the visit, and we’ll pull double duty on the next visit.
If we’re repeatedly unable to clean your yard, you may be removed from the route.
