With that said, our technicians are human, and on very rare occasions we may miss something.
If that happens, please send us a message. We’re happy to come back out and clean it up as soon as possible.
If possible please include:
a photo
the exact spot in the yard (by the back gate, near the patio, along the left fence, etc.)
This helps us improve our process and training, and it also lets us add a note to your account so we can double-check specific areas on future visits.
